Thank you for shopping with Elnuvo! We understand you’re excited to receive your order, so here’s a detailed guide on how our shipping process works and what to expect.


1. Order Processing

Our team begins preparing your order immediately after it is placed. Typically, it takes about 3 business days to verify, pack, and hand over your items to our shipping partners.

  • Orders placed during weekends will usually be processed on the following Monday.
  • During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, your package is expected to arrive in 10–20 business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD for worldwide delivery.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.


3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

  • You can track your package using global tracking platforms such as 17track.net.
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active after the shipping label is created.

4. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number, sent to your email.
  • This approach helps us deliver items to you as quickly as possible.

5. Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address, phone number, or make changes to your order (size, color, quantity), please contact support@elnuvo.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Include your Order Number, Order Email, and details of the requested changes.
  • Orders already in the fulfillment stage may not be changed. In such cases, contact the carrier directly for assistance.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they usually leave a note and hold it at a nearby facility.

  • Check with your local delivery provider using your tracking number first.
  • If further assistance is needed, reach out to our support team.
  • Note: We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to pick up the shipment.

7. Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed:

  1. Check Tracking – Review the last update date; if it’s within 7 days, your shipment is likely still moving normally.
  2. Contact Us – If no updates occur for more than 7 days, email support@elnuvo.com with your Order Number and Order Email, and we will investigate.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand the frustration of a missing package. If your shipment is lost:

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to trace it.
  • If confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Important: We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” but not located. In such cases, first check with neighbors, family, or building management.


9. Shipping Origins & Destinations

  • Destinations: We ship worldwide! If we cannot deliver to your country, we will contact you promptly.
  • Origins: Our main facilities are located in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the EU. Orders may also ship directly from our partner manufacturers to ensure best pricing and availability.

10. Disclaimer

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • Shipping Times: All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
  • Customs, Duties, Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost or returned packages due to incorrect information.
  • Delivered Packages: Responsibility for your order ends once the tracking confirms delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after that point.
