All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only permitted if there is a verified quality concern or if the wrong product was shipped.

Damages and Quality Issues

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to our support team immediately.

  • Inspect your items upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include the following when submitting your claim:
    • Order Number and purchase email
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Each claim is reviewed individually. Resolutions may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Expect the funds to appear within 7–12 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing times.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged and your claim has been approved.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not send any item back without prior authorization from our support team. Returns without an approved claim will not be accepted, and we will be unable to provide refunds, replacements, or assistance for unauthorized shipments.
